Andy Frisella calls himself the MF CEO and is the host for the Real AF podcast; I guess it’s safe to say this man is as alpha as they come. I guess it’s safe to say this man is as alpha as they come. I suppose his personality previously limited me from doing this challenge. When I realised that I made excuses for this challenge, I realised that I needed to be more open to the positive outcomes that could come from this. Don’t get me wrong, this is an all gloves off and “get dirty” type of challenge.

The rules are straightforward, and there are only five:

  1. Follow a diet; you choose the diet for your goals. The only thing here is no alcohol or cheat meals.

  3. Drink a gallon of water per day (4 litres).
  4. Read ten pages of nonfiction Yes, it has to be nonfiction, and you can’t listen to audiobooks.
  5. Take progress photos every day.

I’m not here to hack the challenge because there is no easy way to do something hard. I recommend Frisella’s podcast episode that answers the most common questions on the rules. Despite the rules being simple, do not be confused — simple does not…
